Refunds for financed purchases must follow the third party’s policies.
Unless stated otherwise:
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a fee.
Deposits may be non-refundable if disclosed at booking.
We may reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control.
Due to the nature of our services, completed services and delivered goods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
If You believe a service was performed incorrectly, notify us within 48 hours of completion.
If a refund is approved:
It will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on banks or payment processors.
Remedies may include re-performing the service or providing a partial refund.
